Who Operates the Site and Acceptance of the Terms

reportoxi operates this website from the United Kingdom. By accessing or using the site, enrolling in any course, or submitting information through the contact form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site immediately. These terms incorporate the requirements of UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility and Permitted Use

The courses focus on live production decks, control rooms, multi-camera switching, live broadcasting techniques, real-time video operation, and professional management of television and streaming productions. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in the United Kingdom to enrol. Access is granted solely for personal or professional training purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or use materials for any commercial purpose outside the scope of the purchased course without prior written consent from reportoxi.

Prohibited Conduct

Users must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, or harass other users. Recording or redistributing live sessions without permission is prohibited. Any breach may result in immediate suspension and potential legal action under UK law, including claims for damages arising from misuse of broadcasting techniques taught in the courses.

Accounts, Submissions, and User Content

Where registration is required, you must provide accurate information and keep your account details secure. Any submissions made through the contact form or course feedback are subject to our privacy practices under UK GDPR. You retain ownership of your own content but grant reportoxi a non-exclusive licence to use it for course improvement and service delivery. We do not host public user-generated content or maintain a blog.

Ownership of Site Content, Trademarks, and Permitted Limited Use

All text, diagrams, video demonstrations, and course materials remain the intellectual property of reportoxi or its licensors. Trademarks associated with live production techniques may not be used without permission. You may download course notes for personal study only. Any other reproduction, adaptation, or public performance is strictly forbidden and may attract liability under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Third-Party Services and Links

The site may reference third-party tools used in control rooms or streaming platforms. These references do not constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or data practices of any external service. Users should review the privacy policies of any third-party software before installation or use in professional productions.

Availability, Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We aim to maintain continuous access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify course content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for breach of these terms. Refunds are provided only in accordance with UK consumer rights legislation where applicable.

Disclaimers Subject to Mandatory Consumer Law

Course materials are provided for educational purposes. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy in demonstrating real-time video operation and broadcasting techniques, reportoxi does not warrant that the training will meet every individual production requirement or guarantee employment outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other non-excludable matter under UK law.

Limitation of Liability

Subject to the above, our total liability arising from these terms or the courses shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits from television or streaming productions, except where such exclusion is prohibited by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify reportoxi against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the techniques taught, including any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights in your own productions.

Governing Law, Courts, and Consumer Dispute Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts. You retain the right to refer complaints to the relevant ombudsman or use alternative dispute resolution schemes available under UK consumer protection law.

Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route, and Last Updated

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder continues in full force. Failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver. We may update these terms; the current version will always be displayed on this page.
