About reportoxi

Built by broadcasters who still work in the gallery

reportoxi began with a simple frustration: too many talented people learn live production by being thrown into a real show. We built a place to practise properly first.

Our story

Training for the decks and control rooms that power live television

Our course specialises in live production decks and control rooms: multi-camera switching, live broadcasting techniques, real-time video operation and the professional management of television and streaming productions.

Learners work in a fully equipped gallery alongside experienced directors, vision mixers and technical managers. Courses range from a single weekend to a four-week residency, and every one of them finishes with an assessed live run.

We also support production companies, broadcasters and venues who want to upskill their own teams, with training delivered in our facility or on your premises across the United Kingdom.

What we stand for

Real time, not theory

Live television does not wait. We teach under timing pressure so decisions become instinct.

Clear communication

A gallery works when everyone hears the same plan. We train calm, concise talkback habits.

Industry equipment

Our desks, servers and cameras mirror what you will meet in broadcast and streaming facilities.

Safe to fail

Mistakes happen in rehearsal so they do not happen on air. Every run ends with honest feedback.

Studio floor lit in warm tones with a camera crane and a curved backdrop

Our studio floor and gallery are set up exactly as a working production, so what you learn here transfers straight to the job.
